Need your points to show up both in-store and online? Tap a question below and we’ll walk you through it.

If you’ve earned points in-store, you’re already halfway there. You just need to create your online login.

  1. Go to xnsupps.com/my-account.
  2. Click Create Account / Register.
  3. Use the same email you gave us in-store for rewards.
  4. Once the emails match, your rewards will auto-link within a few hours.

Don’t see your points after a few hours? Email us at rewards@xnsupps.com and we’ll dig in.

That usually means you don’t have an online account yet with that email, even if you’re set up in-store.

  1. Go to xnsupps.com/my-account.
  2. Click Create Account / Register.
  3. Use the same email you used in-store for your rewards account.
  4. Your in-store and online accounts will link within a few hours.

If you still can’t log in after that, email rewards@xnsupps.com so we can sort it out.

Good news: your account likely exists — the password just doesn’t match.

  1. On the login page, click “Lost your password?” or “Forgot your password?”.
  2. Enter the email tied to your account.
  3. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the reset email.
  4. Follow the link to create a new password, then log back in.

If you never receive a reset email, you might not have an online account yet with that email. In that case, see the “email or username invalid” question above.

That message means there’s no online account yet under that email.

  1. Go to xnsupps.com/my-account.
  2. Click Create Account / Register.
  3. Register using that same email.
  4. If this email is also what we use in-store, your rewards will sync within a few hours.

Sure you have a rewards account but this email isn’t working? Email rewards@xnsupps.com and we’ll help find the right one.

Happens all the time. We’ll help track it down and keep your points safe.

Email rewards@xnsupps.com with:

  • Your full name
  • Your phone number
  • Approximate date of your last visit
  • Any possible emails you might’ve used

We’ll look up your rewards profile and confirm which email is on file or update it with you.

Easy — your account can earn both online and in-store.

  1. At checkout in-store, give the team the same email you use on xnsupps.com.
  2. Your in-store purchases will earn points on that same rewards account.
  3. Points will show online once everything syncs (usually within a few hours).

Let’s check a couple quick things first:

  • Did you create an online account on xnsupps.com?
  • Does the email on your online account match the email you give in-store at checkout?

If both are yes, please allow a few hours for syncing.

Still not seeing your points? Email rewards@xnsupps.com with:

  • Your full name
  • The email on your online account
  • The approximate date of your last in-store purchase

We’ll review your account and fix anything that’s off.

Yep. We can usually get everything living under one clean account.

  1. Decide which email you want to keep going forward.
  2. Email rewards@xnsupps.com with:
    • Your full name
    • The email used in-store
    • The email used online
    • Which email you want us to keep as your main login

We’ll do our best to combine your points and keep everything under that one email.

If you still have access to your old email:

  1. Log in to xnsupps.com/my-account with your old email.
  2. Go to your Account / Profile settings.
  3. Update your email to your new email address.

If you no longer have access to your old email:

Email rewards@xnsupps.com with:

  • Your full name
  • Your old email (if you remember it)
  • Your new email
  • Your phone number

We’ll update it for you and keep your rewards intact.

If your in-store profile was created with just a phone number, you can still bring it online.

  1. Go to xnsupps.com/my-account.
  2. Click Create Account / Register.
  3. Register with the email address you want to use for rewards.
  4. Email rewards@xnsupps.com with:
    • Your full name
    • The phone number used in-store
    • The email you just registered online

We’ll connect your phone-number account to your new email so your rewards show online.
